Payment Methods:

  • VISA/MasterCard

    • Payment by bank card via LiqPay (PrivatBank)

    • Payment by bank card via POS terminal at the Customer Service Point

  • Cash

    • Payment via POS terminal at the Customer Service Point terminal

    • Cash payment upon receipt of the order:

      • In case of courier delivery to the address

      • Cash on Delivery upon receipt of the order at the Nova Poshta or “Ukrposhta” branch*

      • Cash upon receipt of the order at the West station customer service point (;

  • Non-cash payment (invoice with the possibility of receiving a tax invoice)

* As of 28.04.2020, in case of Cash on Delivery payment for orders costing 5,000.00 UAH or more, it is mandatory to present a passport for identification in accordance with changes in the Law of Ukraine No. 361-IX “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism, and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.”

We provide all payment and accounting documents required under current legislation.

Attention! Upon receipt of the order, be sure to check the completeness of the order, the integrity of the packaging, and the completeness of each item in the presence of the courier service employee or the order pickup point employee. In case of damage to the goods or incomplete order set, you may refuse to receive and pay for the goods. In such situations, we ask you to contact the Customer Experience Management Department by phone: (096) 511-03-99.


 

Delivery over Ukraine

After placing an order on the website or by phone, the manager will coordinate the day, time, and delivery address with the client. The goods will not be shipped without order confirmation.

You can track the status of your order in your Personal Account on the website.

A Personal Account is registered for each client during their first purchase; to log in, simply enter the phone number provided during order placement.

Delivery Methods:

  • Delivery to an STO (Service Station) in Kyiv

  • Self-pickup from the Customer Service Point

  • Delivery in Ukraine by Nova Poshta service

  • Delivery in Ukraine by “Ukrposhta” service

Required documents for receiving the goods: passport or driver’s license.

  • Sat: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Nova PoshtaDelivery to regional centers is carried out on the next day after sending the order; for small settlements in Ukraine, the delivery period does not exceed 2 days.
UkrposhtaDelivery to regional centers is carried out on the next day after sending the order, the delivery period does not exceed 2 days. Delivery to other settlements may take up to 7 working days; the delivery period depends on the distance of the settlement and the working schedule of the Ukrposhta branch, as some branches work two days a week.

Attention! When receiving an order at the delivery service branch, ensure the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the item itself in the order before paying for it.
